From Pain to Possibility: The Journey to 77 Moves
My name is Peter Lemmens, and like many, I struggled with severe back pain from a young age. I’ve always had an unstoppable drive, but that drive led me to physical suffering. One of my biggest challenges was lordosis, a deep curve in my lower back that made movement exhausting. Over time, this imbalance worsened into a hernia, leaving me in unbearable pain. Surgery became inevitable.
After the operation, I committed to rehabilitation, trusting the experts. But after a year of intense effort, my condition had only deteriorated. The only solution offered? Painkillers and a life of restriction. But that wasn’t an option for me. I refused to live in pain. I refused to accept that suffering was my destiny.
Desperation turned into relentless curiosity. I needed answers—so I went searching. I studied human anatomy, movement, and biomechanics, comparing how athletes, primates, and nature itself function. Why do some bodies move effortlessly while others break down? What are we designed to do?
This journey has lasted 11 years and over 40,000 hours of study, practice, and discovery. What I found changed my life: movement is medicine. The body doesn’t need extreme workouts or complex therapies—it needs to move naturally again.
That’s how 77 Moves was born. Inspired by Einstein’s belief that “Knowledge comes from experience,” I crafted a system based on real results—on what actually works.
The concept is simple:
🔹 In 77 days (about 3 months), your brain rewires itself to form new habits.
🔹 Small, intentional movements restore flexibility, strength, and pain-free living.
🔹 The only thing standing between you and change is your decision to start.
So I ask you: What is 77 days in a lifetime? Give it a try. Experience the difference. You have nothing to lose—except your pain.
