BALANCE
BALANCE between Body & Soul takes place at different levels in our complex yet logically working mammalian bodies,
The research into How & Why it apparently takes so much effort for our Human bodies NOT to suffer but to simply stay healthy and in Balance, at some point brought us to “ divide it as follows ”;
For & Back, Top & Bottom, Left & Right,
The conclusions about this brought the logical next step to “ movements ” based on this vision which turned out to be particularly interesting & efficient!
Balance is the main basis in our body to maintain a stabile posture and is always present!
-when moving forward, keep the Balance on a variety in the substrate,
-in strange or new situations, the Balance manage to maintain fear / curiosity, (limbic brain), with a strong influence on our breathing system!
-Preserve balance between the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous system (effort & rest) with important consequence of maintaining mental Balance
To see how things are with the BALANCE of the average Modern person, a little adjustment does not seem an unnecessary luxury, but rather a special necessity!
