What is the first thing we relate to Happiness?
Probably “the way we feel”?

When you are happy, for whatever reason, you Feel Good. Yes?
Since Life is a purely physical matter, in nature, to find food or to mate, can only be possible while & after we MOVE!

To achieve this, we must develop ourselves according to the circumstances we face. For humans, these circumstances are not always easy due to our actual overwhelming & demanding society..
So, when we seek to develop ourselves more fully these modern digital days, it must come from a mindset and motivation, rather than being forced by the harsh realities of nature, where failure to adapt could mean death.
(survival of the fittest)
And since time is often scarce, it is best to approach this development efficiently.
By understanding Why, What & How issues could be solved, will make us gain the most benefit.  Yes?

So, in this case, we might conclude that working on FEELING (GOOD), one of our six senses (the sixth being intuition and judgment, which perhaps explains why so many people judge rather than reason about what is said or how things might unfold, is crucial.

But how?

77 Moves techniques focus on improving blood flow by creating space within the whole Body, enhancing the function of our vascular system, with the heart as the central engine. It is about noticing, feeling, and responding to what we are doing and how we are doing it. Whether we are happy, sad, stressed, relaxed, angry, fearful, or nervous, the heart notices, the senses follow, creating the necessary modus to respond effectively.

By introducing more movement and challenge into our lives, we reactivate the reptilian brain, which drives the hormonal system that creates mental balance  & resilience, not just Physical, but also mental!

Common issues like stiffness in the shoulders, back, neck, hips, knees, or various food-related problems, will slowly be alleviated by following our 77 movesprotocol.

It begins with just five minutes of movement, divided into one-minute segments, to improve blood flow, create more space in the body, and enhance overall function.
The goal? “to feel better in your skin”  ☺
In this way, we slowly reconnect with the primal rhythms of life, rediscovering the joy of movement and the profound impact it has on our well-being.

It’s not just about physical health; it’s about reclaiming the essence of what it means to be alive.
