Living with a sore back & lots of pain due to Lordose, Kyfose & Scoliose
The year 2014, a year after a painful Hernia at the level of L3 -L4 with inevitable surgery,
Most people in our modern lifestyle suffer from physical issues; Peter WHO, a very sporty person, was no exception.
Since the age of 23, he suffered from a nagging lower back that attracted (too) much attention and a lot of trouble & limitations on whatever he liked to do.
Since this young age, he consulted many different kinesis, osteopaths, and chiropractors and tried insulting Ozon gas, Procaine, Polarity, dieting, Yoga, Pilates, magnet pads, and anything that would help to try to solve this issue. Despite all these attempts, a real success stayed out; on the contrary, slowly but surely, it worsened.
“Those are the exercises, and if they don’t work, we don’t know what to do,”
A sad result, one year after the “Hernia surgery” on the hand of a new scan of Peter’s lower back,
Doctor Dua, who performed the surgery, and Kinesist Lieve Maeschalk, whom Peter had been training 3x/week for six months between Top athletes, or later “back rehabilitation specialist.” Dr Chapelle was consulted and didn’t know what to advise Peter except for deep rest and painkillers ….
An improvement remained despite a year of intensive and motivated exercise & training according to these specialists’ program. On the contrary, the persistent burden and especially the constant pain remained a dramatic reality,
Apart from his congenital LORDOSE & KYPHOSE, there was now also a severe SCOLIOSE visible, and his back collapsed entirely…
According to Doctor Dua, there were also new Hernias above and below the previously operated area, ready to explode like what happened earlier. A piece of intervertebral disc which was wedged in the nerve canal had to be removed. For Peter, the despair and depression only intensified.
Peter, being the Go-Getter he is, left him little choice but to try to solve the problem himself, as he had done his whole life living on his own since his 18th. Peter tried to understand why things took place in search of a real solution!
The first logical step was studying “the problem” of the anatomical model of the human/mammalian body: how it is formed, constructed, and functioning. To a layman, this could be seen as looking for a needle in a haystack, when even the specialists are at a loss.
Peter has no choice but to find a solution, and nothing is as strong as “a will,” He started looking for a low-threshold way to make his weakened body pain-free again; it took a year to experience the first real signs, but they were real!
And a huge smile and a lot of motivation boosted his will! ☺
An organic process of “the development of his Body” appeared to have started, what by now has exceeded all his expectations and not just about his back; his whole body began giving signals; it seemed to become “alive.”
Peter began to understand how to challenge his severely weakened body and slowly become stronger.
Like a Piano, instead of playing on the same keys repeatedly, the keys were sorted out to participate in the functionality of his body, to form “a whole system” and make it function optimally as one.
Balance, coordination, and development form the basis of the logical & natural program that could slowly be concluded from these experiences,
Studying & trying out things made Peter start creating his OWN Training Tools to apply to not complicated but necessary new moves to optimize the “floating” of vascular & other systems.
He started to experience how his body became more flexible again, feeling nicer and functioning better, with a very nice side effect: it also started to look better and radiate health! ☺ ☺ ☺
ROUTINE?
The main reason we, modern humans, almost all suffer from so many physical & mental problems is the massive change in our lifestyle; we have become more away from Mother Nature.
Lack of movement, stress & the constant presence of comfort are causing us to miss the essential steps in our development to become a strong alliance of cells.
We use only 30% of our body potential, which is destructive to our “well-being.
Logically, the remaining 70% will eventually become ballast, just as well and on top to be carried by this 30%.
We add this together with Society’s speed, obligations, expectations, or stress, which we must thrive daily; unsurprisingly, we have a serious problem as a species.
Daily movements will give you a headstart, and after daily regular “repetition,” you teach the brain to store and implement them in your “Body Movement Pattern,”
The permanent “compensations” of muscles that eventually cause the problems can slowly release their tension,
The method was recently named Central System Training and will find life under “77moves.com”.
Refers to moving your body again more like it is supposed to after it was shaped & formed over millions of years,
it also refers to “making a move” in your daily life patron,
as any change or new challenge you will make in your life will start with a tiny first step, being “a habit creature,” what all mammals are, slowly, the system will begin to work.
The time you need to form these “new habits” in your brain is more or less three months, like how babies evolve when they start from crawling to standing, walking, running, etc.,
The passion and curiosity traits of Peter and his quest for recovery & less pain organically became a proper investigation over 11 years, ten hours a day, adding up to 40,000 hours of study, experience, and better understanding.

Today, Peter is stronger, healthier, fitter, and clearer of mind than ever before; the nurse concerned compares his blood values to those of a young colt.

Never had he thought to write this text,
less to think of being ‘happy’ about this painful Hernia experience and all the other miseries and limitations he has been carrying since he was 23 because nothing is worse than living with pain.
It looks like a fairy tale,

as well as publishing a book about all the experiences and findings,
Also, Peter has set a new personal goal,
despite us being genetically 99% the same as other primates/monkeys and mammals, these are about 5 to 8 times stronger than us HUMANS …
extremely illogical, right?
Trying to close this gap to the maximum is what he is working on, which he states,

This by the many challenging, lonely moments Peter had to deal with, being just on his own, having no one to share & communicate with, and having no reference at all, it is by now a goal in itself to see his work scientifically taken seriously, for which some exciting papers will be presented that leaves little room for any other interpretation, including MRI scans.
